RETHINKING SALES AND TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT IN A PANDEMIC

CHALLENGE

Help Procensis, a value-added reseller of enterprise mobility and data-capture technology that traditionally sold and deployed their products in-person at the customer’s location, pivot to selling and deploying complex technology solutions remotely.

OPPORTUNITY

Weather the business conditions brought on by COVID-19 by rapidly developing a bundled solution that could all be demonstrated, piloted, and deployed at scale remotely. Then bring it to customers through a targeted outreach.

SOLUTION

Working with Samsung (mobile computer), ProGlove (wearable scanner), and Ivanti (software), Procensis developed a wearable solution for Warehouse Picking applications. We then mapped out the selling process, created a sales presentation, and a remote demonstration capability. To gain rapid market awareness and customer engagement, we leveraged our partners’ sales channels and industry media clout. In addition, a LinkedIn advertising campaign and email campaign to directly engage prospects was deployed.
